Bedding

Printed bedding developed as a complete room story.

The pattern has to work at duvet scale, on a folded cuff and on a pillow at the same time. That is a design decision before it is a print decision.

Development detail

What determines whether bedding works.

Scale and placement

A motif that reads well on a 40 cm swatch can disappear on a 240 cm duvet. Scale is decided against the finished size and the way the product is photographed and merchandised.

Wide width

Wide-width printing removes the seam from the middle of the duvet face. Available widths are confirmed per quality.

Wide-width development

Matching components

Pillowcases, cushions and reverse sides are developed from the same pattern system so a set can be sold and reordered as one reference.

Hand-feel and wash

Bedding is judged by touch. The ground, print route and finishing are chosen together against the target hand-feel and the wash expectation of the market.

Packaging

Retail-ready packaging, inserts, labels and set composition are defined on the prototype — packaging changes the perceived quality as much as the print does.

Frequently asked

Before you brief us.

Can you print a duvet face without a centre seam?

That is what wide-width development is for. The achievable width depends on the quality selected, so it is confirmed with the ground rather than promised in advance.

Do you supply fabric only for bedding?

Yes. Many brands take printed metres and make up in their own facility. We hold the colour reference either way.

Can a bedding print be adapted into other products?

Regularly. The same pattern system can carry into cushions, curtains and table linen with the repeat and scale adjusted per product.

What certifications can you provide?

Only certifications that are valid for the specific quality and scope are stated, with the certificate holder identified. We do not present a general certification claim for the whole range.
