This notice describes cookies and similar browser-storage technologies used on www.sorkunlu.com.tr. The site uses optional visitor analytics that run only with your explicit consent, and no advertising or behavioural-profiling technology at all.

2. Technologies currently used

sk-lang

First-party local storage. Remembers whether you selected Turkish or English so the website can open in the appropriate language. It remains until you clear the site’s browser data. Legal basis: the requested functionality and our legitimate interest in providing a consistent bilingual experience.

sorkunlu.sampleList

First-party session storage. Keeps the fabrics, products or collections you add to a sample request while you move between pages. It expires when the browser session ends. The list stays on your device until you submit the sample-request form. Legal basis: the functionality you request and steps taken at your request before a potential contract.

Essential server operation

Our hosting, security and form infrastructure may process short-lived request information needed to deliver pages, maintain security and prevent abuse. The form receiver uses an IP address for an approximately ten-minute rate-limit window. It does not set a browser cookie and does not maintain a separate form database.

3. Optional analytics and your consent

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-8DMDKVMQMZ) to understand how the site is used. It is optional and runs only if you accept: no request reaches Google and no analytics cookie is created before you do. You will see a choice bar at the foot of the page on your first visit.

If you accept, Google Analytics writes first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<measurement id>, which may last up to two years. Ad storage, ad personalisation and Google signals are kept switched off, so the data is not used for advertising. The legal basis is your consent.

If you decline, nothing is loaded and your choice is stored in your browser under sk-consent, so you are not asked again. You can change your mind at any time by reopening the choice bar.

4. Your controls
