2. Informational purpose

This website presents Sorkunlu’s textile-development, design, printing and manufacturing capabilities for business customers. Website content is general information, not a binding quotation, warranty or commitment to accept an order. A commercial relationship begins only when the parties execute or otherwise expressly confirm the applicable proposal, order or agreement.

3. Products and technical information

Colours, scale, texture and appearance shown on a screen may differ from a physical textile. Suitability, performance, certifications, lead times, minimums, capacity allocation and commercial terms are confirmed for the specific fabric, print route, product and project. Samples, strike-offs and approved specifications prevail over illustrative website images or general descriptions.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s structure, copy, photographs, graphics, brand elements and Sorkunlu-created textile designs are owned by or licensed to Sorkunlu and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print a reasonable copy for internal evaluation. Reproduction, republication, scraping, sale, commercial reuse, creation of derivative collections or removal of rights notices requires prior written permission.

Client-owned artwork remains the client’s property. Rights in bespoke work, adaptations, repeats, colourways and production files are governed by the relevant written project terms; this website does not transfer any such rights.

5. Material you provide

By submitting a brief, note or reference link, you confirm that you are entitled to provide it and that our limited use to assess and respond to the request will not infringe another person’s rights. Submission does not transfer ownership to Sorkunlu. It gives us only the permission reasonably required to evaluate the request, communicate with you and, if agreed, prepare a proposal.

The public forms do not support file upload and are not a secure channel for trade secrets or unreleased artwork. Please tell us if an NDA or a controlled file-transfer route is required before sharing confidential material.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or malicious content, impersonate another person, or use automated means in a way that unreasonably burdens the service or extracts protected content.

A link to a third-party website is provided for convenience and does not mean that Sorkunlu controls or endorses that site. Third-party terms and privacy practices apply when you leave this website.
